Community Service Visit

On Saturday 4th March 2023, the students visited the Milton Margai School for the Blind in a outreach session. The talk given by students of the SoAYL to the pupils of the Milton Margai School for the Blind was aimed at informing them about the SoAYL and the strides we are making.

The students discussed :

  • The background and meaning of the SoAYL

  • The vision

  • The three pillars

  • The five underpinning principles and;

  • The philosophy of the SoAYL

The session concluded with a rendition of the SOA song from students of the SoAYL. Pupils from the Milton Margai School for the Blind joined in the singing and it was a good bonding moment.
